Piemonte D.O.C. Chardonnay 2016

Its golden yellow is combined with an intense fragrance and scents of banana and golden apple. Its harmonic and properly dry taste is followed by a very persistent freshness. Great as aperitif, it is the best partner for light dishes and grilled fish. Best served at 9°-10°C.

Piemonte D.O.C. Chardonnay
Dry wine with a fragrance scent of fruit that is characterized by its harmonic and dry taste. It develops pleasant scents that are distinctive of the vine and of the area of origin.
Best served as aperitif, it is the perfect partner for any meal, in particular with fish.

Color: crystal clear, light pale yellow with greenish nuances.
Scent: intense and persistent, fine, with clear scents of flowers, vegetables and fruit, Spanish broom and acacia, stark apples and light notes of ripe arbutus and banana.
Taste: dry, fresh, persistent and full-bodied, with a good smoothness, warmness, balanced structure and a pleasant bitterish full-bodied ground.

Aftertaste: savory notes of flowers and fruit.
Best served as aperitif, it is the perfect partner for any meal, in particular with fish.
